This application is for Life Membership

Minimum age to apply is 21 years

Life membership fee is Rs. 500/=. However, Any cash donation in addition to the membership fee will be appreciated. Cheques to Be drawn in favour of “Colombo Chetty Association of Sri Lanka” and crossed A/C Payee. An official receipt from The Hon. Treasurer will follow.

The Committee of Management of the Colombo Chetty Association of Sri Lanka reserves the right to reject any application without any obligations to give reasons. Such a decision cannot be challenged in court. The Rules / Constitution of the Association are available with the Treasurer on payment of a fee Rs. 50/=
